An austere luxury-automotive interface that uses near-pure black canvas, white uppercase letterspaced display, and full-bleed automotive photography as the only voltage. No accent color. No decorative element. No chrome.
The system has no accent color outside one desaturated ice-blue used on inline anchor links. Brand voltage comes from photography, typography, and the wordmark — never from chromatic decoration.
Three custom Bugatti typefaces in a rigid trinity. Bugatti Display for headlines + wordmark. Bugatti Text Regular (serif) for body. Bugatti Monospace for buttons + nav + captions. Substituted here with Saira Condensed + EB Garamond + JetBrains Mono.
Bugatti's primary CTA is the only fully-transparent button in the luxury-auto category. White outline + uppercase Monospace label + pill radius + no fill is the signature.
Cards are barely-different-from-canvas. The newsroom card has a thin hairline border. The career callout floats over the hero photo at desktop. Both stay rectangular at 0px corners.
Are you ready for a new adventure? We are hiring.
The first customer Tourbillon rolls off the line in Molsheim, marking the start of an 18-month production run for the 250-unit V16 hyper-sports car.
The final example of the W16-engined Mistral roadster departs Molsheim, closing a chapter that began with the Veyron in 2005 and reshaped the hypercar landscape forever.
No card chrome. Just the value, the label, and a hairline divider grid.
Inputs have no border outline — only a 1px hairline-strong underline. Background transparent. Focus state thickens the underline to white.
Section rhythm 120px — longer than typical. The whitespace frames the photography.
Binary: rectangular for everything except buttons (pills) and icon buttons (circles). No 4px / 8px / 12px in between.
No shadows. Depth comes from photography and from the contrast between black canvas and minimally-elevated surface tones.
Body sections, top nav, footer.
Spec table rows, dense data.
Career callout, newsroom article.
Nested cards on dense pages.
Subject + lens + lighting do shadow's work.
Anywhere. The brand has none.
